Smoky Curry Sauce Curry Chicken

  • 1 kg chicken pieces, skin removed or 500g chicken breast cubed
  • 1 x 100g STIR! IT UP Smokey Curry Sauce
  • 400g hot water or 400g Coconut Milk
  • Oil
  • Chopped fresh coriander
  • Salt & Pepper
  1. Heat the oil in a deep skillet over medium heat and fry the chicken until it is brown all over.

  2. Remove the meat from the pan.

  3. In the same pan reconstitute the STIR! IT UP Smokey Curry Sauce in the Coconut Milk or water as per instructions

  4. Add the chicken back into the sauce.

  5. Add Salt & Pepper to taste

  6. If using cubed chicken breasts: simmer and cover. Cook until the chicken is tender, about 15 minutes.

  7. If using chicken pieces: put in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees, cover and simmer for about an hour. Remove the lid for the last 15 minutes

  8. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve with Naan bread, Roti’s or Basmati Rice
