Spicy Harissa Salsa Sauce
- 500g Beef Mince
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 400 ml Boiling Water
Mix the contents of the sachet with the water. Stir! it up
Season Mince with Salt & Pepper. Add oil to saucepan and heat.
Add mince to hot saucepan, turning the meat regularly until brown all over
Add hydrated Harissa Tomato. Bring briefly to boil. Stirring constantly.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add more chilies and salt & pepper to taste
Serve with Corn Chips, Mealies, Grated Cheddar Cheese, Beans, Yogurt, Avo, Lettuce, and Tomatoes.
Chef's Tip: Mince can be replaced with pulled beef, lamb or chicken.
